FreshPortal transfers IT services to Mica IT

As of November 1, 2026, FreshPortal is transferring the IT services provided by FreshPortal Solutions (formerly Traction-IT) to Mica IT in Uithoorn.
This encompasses services such as system administration, Microsoft 365, hosting, workplace support, hardware, network management, and related IT services. Mica IT will continue providing these existing services to customers.
With this move, FreshPortal is choosing to focus entirely on its core activity: developing and delivering software for the international floriculture sector.
At the same time, it is important to us that our customers can continue to rely on professional and reliable support for their IT environments. We have found an experienced partner for this in Mica IT. FreshPortal and Mica IT are working together to ensure a smooth transition, thereby guaranteeing service continuity.
For the time being, the supply and support of scanners will remain part of FreshPortal’s service offering. Naturally, our software products and the associated services will also remain with FreshPortal.
