Complaints procedure
Because we want to provide our customers with an optimal service, we believe it is important to hear from you if you have any complaints about the service you are using.
Do this – also to limit any damage or errors – as soon as possible. It is in your interest to make your complaints known in writing.
If you submit a complaint to us, it will be answered within 14 days at the latest. If we need more time for this, we will let you know within 14 days when you can expect an answer.
